Guam is the southernmost and largest island in the Mariana Islands
archipelago. The US territory is located in the western North Pacific Ocean. Besides
being a militarily strategic location, the island is also a popular tourist destination.

The climate of Guam is tropical marine. The weather conditions
are warm and humid. Best season to visit the tourist destination is in the months
January through June. This is the dry season in the tourist destination. During
months July through December rainy and squalls are common.

A number of US cities are connected with Guam by flight services. You can avail
flights from Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Newark and Houston to name a few.
Flights are also available from some cities in Australia, Japan, Philippines
etc. Though no ferry service is available from the US mainland, a number of cruise ships stop here. You can get in touch with a cruise service to check if they carry tourists
to the Island.
How to get around?
Car and bus are available for tourists. Roads rules are similar
to that of the United States mainland but they become slippery during rainy season.
You can also travel by bus but you may have to wait for more than an hour for a
bus.
